Registration Cost

Once the registration setup is completed, the admin can proceed with the Registration Cost which is accessi-ble from the top navigation bar.

The Registration Cost allows specific Item Costs within the registration pricing matrix. Each point on this matrix can be configured as follows:

• Enabled (Green)

• Disabled (Red)

• Group Pricing

(Applying different costs to the group or every 2nd, 3rd, or 4th group member)

TIP: The above configurations can be applied by clicking on the edit button provided on each row of the time frame column.

The Attendee Categories and Time Frames (Early Bird, Regular, etc.) are prepopulated by the system from the registration setup. This allows you to set different prices for your attendees by a combination of the Attendee Category and each Registration Type.

Some of the most common registration options/ types include Full Registration – Day Registration – Cancelled. Currinda has prepopulated these types in your Registration Cost screen, but you can override these and add new registration options/ types by clicking on the + Registration Option/Type button.

TIP: In the matrix, red costs are disabled, and green costs are enabled. Disabled costs will never be displayed to your delegates.
